Longtail Cargo

What is a long tail? Well it's longer than a mid-tail. Usually enough space for two child seats over the rear wheel. To accomplish this, the manufacturers usually use a smaller rear wheel, which is not as good at high speed. But when you are carrying two little ones, you shouldn't be flying at >25kmh anyway right?
